My boyfriend and I ended up making this recipe last night and it was delicious! I just wanted to thank you for posting it. We actually cut the recipe in half since it was just the two of us. The green salsa we used (Whole Foods brand) said "medium" too and was "very HOT" according to my lips and tongue, but still good. Perhaps the green varieties just run hotter?

I will be checking in to steal recipes from time to time, so keep up the good work!
:)
MollyMollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11091874136185952075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21874386.post-1244476415679067542007-05-01T11:37:00.000-04:002007-05-01T11:37:00.000-04:00Awww...what fun is taking the skin off?Awww...what fun is taking the skin off?wheresmymindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02523150142883705661noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21874386.post-43752158341289160522007-04-27T17:25:00.000-04:002007-04-27T17:25:00.000-04:00JB, I've never had enchiladas but have heard tons ...JB, I've never had enchiladas but have heard tons about it.
