I'm off to New Orleans. It's for work, but the beauty of my job is that part of it is "entertaining" past, potential and current clients. I'll be on a virtual culinary cruise through the French Quarter this week. I'll be dining at Muriel's, GW Fins, Bayona, NOLA and others along the way.
